All events:
Up to two walk throughs of the venue within 20 miles (will be an additional cost if more than 20 miles)
Organize communication with all vendors
Attend up to two vendor meetings
Provide vendor contracts
Assisted budgeting
Up to three in-person coordination meetings - one hour each within 20 miles (will be an additional cost if more than 20 miles)

Unlimited communication via text or email
Up to eight hours of coordination the day of ($50.00 for each additional hour)
Creation of a detailed day-of-timeline

Coordinate a successful and smooth rehearsal

Starting at $250.00
All events:

Up to one in-person coordination meetings - one hour within 20 miles (will be an additional cost if more than 20 miles)
Unlimited communication via text or email
Up to five hours of coordination the day of ($50.00 for each additional hour)
Weddings (includes everything above, plus):
Coordinate a successful and smooth rehearsal
Clients will be invoiced for services and required to pay a retainer fee of $200.00. Clients will be also required to sign a contract with Recollection Events, LLC. regarding services. Any travel more than 20 miles and/or lodging needs will be charged additional fees.
